The Master of Education Management and Innovation Pedagogy Triple Crown Award program not only focuses on pedagogical management but also helps learners understand the process deeply to form an excellent training model with the combined processes of formulating program based on learners’ needs.

Learners will have their academic results recognized through the APEL process by the Institut Brittany d’Enseignement Supérieur (IBES) and be awarded an additional qualification from IBES and the top 200 European university – Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM).

Upon graduating, the program offers joint recognition and qualifications, solidifying professional skills across education areas:

• • A Master of Arts in Education Management and Innovation Pedagogy from SIMI Swiss; and, through the APEL process by IBES, learners could also obtain:

• • Titulo Propio – Master of Education from Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM).

• • Master of Education from Institut Brittany d’Enseignement Supérieur (IBES).

The program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Capstone Project, totaling 180 UK credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.

  • The Management of Educational Change (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
  • Managing Effective Intercultural Communication and Perspectives (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
  • Pedagogy and Practice in Education (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
  • Leading Reflective Practice in Education (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
  • Research Methods in Education (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)

After each module, learners will take an ending exam. The end-of-module exams are application-oriented essays to help learners review knowledge, apply knowledge in the workplace, and improve the practical environment.

Master’s Dissertation stage (60 UK Credits):

After going through the APEL process from the IBES, students who complete the program will be jointly recognized and awarded qualifications by SIMI Swiss, Institut Brittany d’Enseignement Supérieur (IBES), and Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM).

In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.

Entry requirements:

To enroll this program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:

• • A Bachelor’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities; 

• • Or a Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.

English requirements:

If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.

• • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent;

• • Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent.

Learning method:

The Fully Online or Hybrid learning model (conditionally applied), allowing students to study with original programs from Switzerland and partner countries. This enables students to achieve qualifications equivalent to those of full-time international students without the need to live in or attend on-site activities.
