Introduction
In the context of modernization and improving quality in Human Resource Management, the role of modern Human Resource directors and specialists is no longer limited to routine administrative tasks. Instead, they have become strategic advisors in recruitment, training, talent development, and managing the workforce to align with and achieve the organization's goals.
In addition to requiring in-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management, Human Resource specialists also need a basic understanding of organizational operations, dialectical thinking, and leadership skills. This comprehensive perspective enables them to collaborate closely and effectively with the executive board.
Upon graduating, the program offers joint recognition and qualifications, solidifying professional skills across various business management areas:
- Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Talent Development from SIMS Swiss to affirm your management capabilities.
- Master of Business Administration from the University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) to demonstrate expert competency in the context of workforce transitions.
Modules
The program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Capstone Project, totaling 180 UK credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.

After each module, learners will take an ending exam. The end-of-module exams are application-oriented essays to help learners review knowledge, apply knowledge in the workplace, and improve the practical environment.

The program's central training philosophy starts with understanding the theory and case studies currently applied in world enterprises and then applies the learned knowledge to the enterprises themselves and the learners’ business environment. Entry Requirements
In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.
Entry requirements:
To enroll this program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:
- A Bachelor’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities;
- Or a Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.
English requirements:
If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent;
- Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent.

Learning Method
Learning method:
The Fully Online or Hybrid learning model (conditionally applied), allowing students to study with original programs from Switzerland and partner countries. This enables students to achieve qualifications equivalent to those of full-time international students without the need to live in or attend on-site activities.
